The Private Schools have received a copy of the order dated 13th October, 2020 passed by the Honorable High Court of Calcutta in the Writ Petition WPA 5890 of 2020 of new fee structure march 2020 to february 2021 in terms of the order of the Honorable High Court of Calcutta.

The Private Schools have received a copy of the order dated 13th October, 2020 passed by the Honorable High Court of Calcutta in the Writ Petition WPA 5890 of 2020.
The School, as advised, is taking steps to file and SLP to the Honorable Supreme Court against the said judgment and order dated 13th October, 2020. Parents may pay fees in accordance with the order of the Honorable High Court of Calcutta dated 13th October, 2020 which will be accepted by the school without prejudice to its rights.

The modified fee structure of the school with effect from March 2020 is as below.
NEW FEE STRUCTURE MARCH 2020 to FEBRUARY  2021
 

The fee structure calculated in terms of the order of the Honorable High Court of Calcutta. The parents will be required to pay the reduced fee until further order.

Those who have already cleared the fees payment for the year 2020 – 2021 will be adjusted later.

The Council registration fee for the class IX and the examination fee for the class X will be as per the rate fixed by the council.

PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF STUDENTS ARE REQUESTED NOT TO AVAIL OF THE REDUCTION IN SCHOOL FEES, IF THEIR FINANCIAL SITUATION DOES NOT MERIT THE REDUCTION.

The Parents are requested to clear the fees for this academic year  by 30th November 2020 as we are almost coming to the end of the academic year 2020 – 2021.
